  - Reduce recover after corner jab iceskate for attacker by 4 frames.
* GENERAL - Made Set_His_Quarter_Damage actually set 1/4 damage in combos (NOT SURE WHAT ELSE IS SET TO THIS, NEED TO VERIFY)
            NOTE: Any setting with 0#08 on the 5th byte of a combo hit would be affected by this!
* OSub damage nerfs to HP,HP,D+LP,D+HP combo reverted
* OSub HP,HP,D+LP,D+HP now causes Double DP on hit.
  - This change removed the Down requirement for the final input so it is now HP,HP,D+LP,HP
  - This change was done to reduce the damage of the 50-67% combos he can do from a freeze
* OSub Iceball now causes Damage Protection if it is not the first hit (just like USub)
* Increase recovery on Air Fireball by reducing Y-Velocity and Gravity slightly on recovery (replaces the height restriction)
  - This adds 3 frames of landing recovery from a max height Air Fireball and 2 frames of landing recovery to lowest possible height iAFB
* Human Smoke now has a darker palette for P2 on both the Vs screen and in the match
NOTE: Bug found... if you end a combo with a Roundhouse and do Invis before or as they land, the Invis timer is shortened or reset.
* Noob Saibot P1/P2 palettes updated. P2 has human skin.
NOTE: Fatality Palettes are still bugged when finishing Human Smoke and Noob Saibot.
